Flickr vs. Photobucket...and Chicago.

Gah so I've randomly decided that I'm goin to start a flickr account, and get rid of my photobucket.  Not sure why just seems like a thing to do.  Maybe I will keep my candid pics on photobucket and use flickr as my real photography place.  Choices, choices.  Anyone have a preference place for photo hosting?  Kinda sux tho cuz that means I will have to go through my old lj's and re-link a bunch of pictures.  Half of them got messed up anyways when I tried to organize my photobucket pictures into sub-groups...changes link name = no picture display.  Lame.

I went to Chicago over the weekend.  My younger sister graduated from boot camp.  It was nice to see her and the fam.  Chicago was awesome. I could totally live there.  I really wanted to go to the MAC store...as in the make-up not the apple place heh.  I didn't go in because I am short on cash and I would have tried to spend a million dollars. Went on a bus tour, walked my ass off, and I took about 600 pictures of buildings and various architechture.  I used my parent's camera a canon powershot SD990.  It was sexy as hell with 14.7 megapixel deliciousness.  When I buy a new point and shoot thats what I'm goin to get most likely.  I'll post all those the next time I get my hands on it :)  We get to go back in 3 months when my sister graduates from A school, I'm saving up until then so I can shop and stuff.
